His track record includes establishing, developing, and managing multiple public companies, many of which were ASX listed and private companies in various sectors including biotech.

Danny Goldman is a Chartered Accountant with extensive ASX-listed company experience across pharmaceuticals, retail and consumer goods. He was Managing Director of Xerion Limited and Plentex Ltd (formerly ASX-listed) and previously held senior executive roles including CFO and Company Secretary of Country Road and General Manager at Myer, with earlier experience at Woolworths Holdings and Ernst & Young.

Yana Gotmaker is an experienced marketing, advertising and communications professional. Yana held the position as the Director of Account Services at Australia’s largest independent creative and media agency managing accounts including Chemist Warehouse, Blackmores, GSK, and Swisse, among others.​
